Subpoenas Coming. Cuomo personal lawyer Rita Glavin has announced her intention to issue multiple subpoenas in the sexual harassment case. She plans to subpoena the Attorney General’s office for materials that lead to last summer’s damning report. Glavin will also be issuing writs to the female accusers of the ex Governor. In particular she is going after Plaintiff Trooper No. 1, who is suing Cuomo in a groping case. The Plaintiff has also named Melissa DeRosa and Rick Azzopardi as defendants. The legal wrangling is intensifying. Glavin is a pit bull determined to defend her man. The drama will play out in the courts. Subpoenas Coming. The unseemly mess just drags on and on !!
