Benjamin folded after being arrested for campaign finance irregularities. It harkens back to his failed run for NYC comptroller. The fiasco is a stain on the record of Kathy Hochul who selected him to be her running mate. It echoes the resignation of Cuomo last summer for sexually harassing nearly a dozen women.
